Freezer/Refrigerator stopped working without warning. We got on the schedule for repair for Monday afternoon. Then, @Home proactively called me and said "we have an opening that we could squeeze you in" and moved the appointment up by 4 hours. Josh arrived on time. Courteous and professional. Diagnosed the problem (faulty inverter control) within a few minutes. He also noticed that some lights were out in the fridge and diagnosed that as well. Gave me the part numbers, repair options, and costs so I could make an informed decision on how to proceed. Jordan fixed our washing machine when we really thought it was done working right forever. It wouldn't spin all the water out, it would randomly stop all together with a load of water and clothes in it. We made several trips to the laundromat with soaking wet clothes. Not fun! Jordan did some testing, figured out the problem with the pump and we had a new pump a few days later. He was great! It's been two months since the repair and the washing machine is still working like new!
